Can someone help me understand my ultrasound results?

From: Jcarter - 3 years 21 weeks ago

I had an untrasound done of my thyroid in March of 2014 the results were as follows

Both lobes are enlarged. Homogenous echogenicity is seen throughout. Early Graves disease could be a consideration if there is any reason to suspect that clinically.

Right lobe measures 1.58 x1.52 x 5.15cm

Left lobe measures 1.24 x 1.55 x 5.34cm.

The isthmus measures 3.8mm in AP diameter.

In November of 2014 I had blood work done..

Free T4 - 1.11
TSH - 0.82
Free T3 - 2.36

I had an untrasound and blood work repeated January of 2015 and the results are as follows...

A solid isoechogenic nodule seen in the right lower lobe measureing 1.1cm x 7.2mm on the longitudinal image.

Right lobe measures 5.28 x 1.36 x 1.68cm

Left lobe measures 1.4 x 1.98 x 4.77cm

The isthmus measures 4.8mm in AP diameter

Free T4, TSH and T3 all remained the same
