Anaplastic variant of papillary carcinoma

From: Juliemarae - 2 years 6 weeks ago

Can anyone help me understand what that means? I'm scheduled for surgery in two weeks. The results of the biopsy read as such:

Sections reveal markedly atypical cells favored to be malignany. Few psammomatous calcification are observed. The cell block preparation is paucicellular but reveals atypical cells and psammomatous calcification. The slides also reveal features suggesting a cystic component of the lesion. A rare cell exhibits a nuclear pseudoinclusion. The findings raise concern for an anaplastic variant of papillary carcinoma.

If there is anyone who could help me understand this I would be so appreciative.
