57 sucks

I'm a 57 y/o female, overweight, depressed, my skin, hair & nails have gone to shit. Is this is?

For the overweight problem, I'd suggest trying to, exercise. (it may work for you, but I'm not sure, since it doesn't seem to for me) People who are overweight or obese need to get at least 150 minutes a week of moderate-intensity physical activity to prevent further weight gain or to maintain the loss of a modest amount of weight. Keep moving.
For the depression, try taking therapy, medications (as prescribed by a doctor, therapist, or specialist), or just talking to friends/family about what's depressing you.
For your skin, try using moisturizers if you can.
For your hair, try using some kind of moisturizing shampoo/conditioner.
If you'r wanting to make your nails whiter, I've heard that whitening toothpaste mixed with baking soda works.
