Posted in: MEN 2A, and Pheochromocytoma.
My husband has had all kinds of testing to see if he has a pheochromocytoma. His blood serum was raised his 24 utine was normal, his CT scans found an 8cm "cyst" on his kidney and a 5cm "cyst" in chest that are "peculiar". They say not Pheo because of cystic nature of onject on ct scan. Could this be a Pheo ? He is MEN 2A and has had a sister have one . He is 52 presents with rapid hb, high BP, sudden panic and anxiety attacks with no provocacation . Has lost 40 lbs in 3 months, little to no appetite . Bad headaches and is mostly confined to bed . Thank you
