Wrong lab test

From: Zenab - 6 years 14 weeks ago

I need a help. My doctor was on leave and was obliged to visit another to get my medicine for Hypertension. The new doctor check my file and advised me to go for thyroid check up. On 23/05/2012, I had a TSH test and it was 22. Based on this result, same day T3 & T4 were done and were normal. Also Thyroid Ultrasound was done and revealed that thyroid gland is smaller than normal ranges. The doctor insist that I have to start Eltroxin 50mcg/day even with normal T3 & T4.
On 07/06/2012, TSH waas repeated and it was 1.03 with medication.
I got a call from the lab today that the first TSH (22) was wrong.
Now I don't know what I should do. Can you help me please.
Thank you very much
