Hypo for 6+ years, now suddenly normal test results?

From: cperolfe - 8 weeks 1 day ago

My thyroid was first tested back in 2012 and my TSH levels were above normal. My TSH levels increased each year but I live in the US and have not had health insurance for several years, so medication was not really an option. I had my thyroid levels checked again last week and now my TSH is suddenly within the normal range. I am 28, I have not changed my diet or exercise habits, and I still experience exactly the same symptoms which have slowly been getting worse with age.

Are there any conditions that can cause thyroid fluctuation on this level? I was diagnosed with a pituitary microadenoma when I was 16, but was told it was non-secreting and so small that it would not affect anything. Is it possible that it could still be causing this? I have searched for hours on Google and have not found any type of answer. Thank you in advance to anyone who can provide some guidance.
