Abnormal result

From: Paul L - 46 weeks 5 days ago

hello .
Hope some one can help. I was diagnosed 13 years ago with Hypothyroidism through Auto immune desise. My thyroid function was so low that for 12 years i have been taking daily 200mcg levo thyroxoxine.
6 months ago i felt as if something was different so i had a Tsh t3 t4 check and found i was hyper t4 23.6 pmol/L and TSH down at 1.6ulU/ml.
I reduced my levothyroxine intake by 50mcg but now both my TSH 9.918 ( normal range 0.32 -5.2) showing im now hypo, but my FT 4 has only dropped to 18.7. (Normal range 0.7-1.8)
I have adjusted back to the original 200mcg but im concerned that the FT 4 is too High in relation to the TSH
Can anyone help explain this
Thank you
