Can I take Euthyrox N175 mcg during my pregnancy

From: geeth - 38 weeks 2 days ago

I am taking Euthyrox 100 mcg for past 10+ years. Currently, I am in my 2nd trimester (16th week) and my recent TSH value is 34.300 mIU/ml. So my gynecologist advised me to intake 175 mcg. I would like to know, whether is it advisable increase dose by 75%, which is 175 mcg during my pregnancy.

My Recent Thyroid test result is,
TSH : 34.300 μIU/ml
FT3 : 2.31 pg/ml
FT4 : 1.17 ng/dl
