Hypothyroidism and ANXIETY

From: FaithGirl - 1 year 3 days ago

I've been having hypothyroidism for over 10 years. Been on syntroid 112 mcg. The last couple month I've been having anxiety attacks and depression. The doctor checked my level and the TSH was 3.93. Now he wanted to increase my syntroid.
Well instead I've been recommended by the pharmacist to add pure encapsulated thyroid support. Which I did the last two days.
But my anxiety is to the roof. Shaking, brain fog, irritable, very hard to focus, scared and can't sleep. Can someone help me and recommend what should I do?
