Normal thyroid labs, no antibodies but have symptoms

From: Divine Chaos - 1 year 24 weeks ago

I am a 34 yo female with history of hypothyroidism. Was originally post partum thyroiditis at diagnosis, but ultrasound found evidence of long term antibody damage. I was removed from all thyroid hormone after I developed extreme tachycardia and sudden drastic hyperthyroid on labs. I have been off all medications for 4 years. During the last 4 months however I have returning hair loss, extreme fatigue despite sleeping more than 9 hours per night, dry body skin and very oily face and scalp, muscle fatigue, joint stiffness, and irritability. I have had free T3, T4, and antibodies tested within the last week and they are all within normal values but I can't shake this fatigue and fog.
Of note, I had PCOS, but after cervical cancer and partial hysterectomy (only ovaries remaining) I am symptom free from that.
I am at the end of my rope with the fatigue. I have 0 drive or energy, I am suffering at work and having difficulty with my home life. I can't seem to 'give a crap' enough outside of the basic household chores and that is only because if I don't do them, they won't get done.
What else could be causing all of this? What can I do? I am having to drink about 8-10 cups of coffee just to stay awake at work, and on weekends I am faking enjoying activities just to keep my family from feeling like I don't want to be around them.
