Recurrent Thyroid after total Thyroidectomy

From: ThyroidStress - 2 years 21 weeks ago

I had a total Thyroidectomy after being diagnosed with Papillary carcinoma in 2008. Now after eight years my TSH levels have shot up and an ultrasound shows I have a small tissue of thyroid.
I have been taking Oral Contracaptive Pills since my periods are irregular and I am trying to conceive. I just wanted to know if anyone had similar problems and and if it is because of the Pills. My doctors say its not the case.
But I wanted to hear others thoughts on this. Thanks
