Is this good advice?

I feel your pain. I had a total thyroidectomy in 2010 and am on 200 mcg of Levothyroxin. My t4 is low almost non existent and my TSH test last week came back as 98. How are my numbers that screwed if I take 200 mcg everyday and don't even have a thyroid? I've never felt the same. I've felt horrible for years. My BMI is 30 and my doctor refers to me as OBESE. like I'm something disgusting he found on the bathroom floor. I'm also a 6ft tell woman. In depressed tired. Feel like I can't ever lose weight. And feel pissed that a doctor looks at me like I'm a lazy slob for being on the cusp of obesity. I don't even eat enough food/calories in a day to maintain that weight. Let alone enough to increase it. In sick of all of it. Sick of doctors that just don't understand in the slightest. I'm chronically anemic. Severly for the last year. My iron is LL low, low on blood test. Taking my iron everyday isn't doing a thing. Apparently taking my thyroid everyday isn't doing a thing either. Doctors think I'm just a fat slob who never takes her meds and eats fast food and sweets 24/7.

I kind of hate everything. Why can't anydoctor help me. Oh, and to top it all off, now all of my hair is falling out.
