TSH low T4 high and still on Synthroid

From: Dill - 2 years 24 weeks ago

I qas diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2012 and started on 50 mcg of Levothyroxin. I was slowly moved to 75 mcg and then to 88 mcg until my numbers and symptoms improved. In March I began loosing a lot of haor and having heart palpitations and feeling anxious. When I went on to have my levels drawn in May my PCP said I was now hyperthyroid and she reduced my Levothyroxine to 75 mcg. I have been on it for a couple months and my latest levels are TSH 0.193 uIU/mL and T4,Free(Direct) 2.86 ng/dL. feel VERY sick and I'm still taking the &% mcg of Synthroid. My question is should I be taking this when my numbers are rapidly climbing and I am so ill? I can-t get my doctor to contact me.
