Is this good advice?

Hi Shawn, I too have been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and feel tbat I'm always paranoid. When my phone rings, I automatically assume it's bad news. There's not a day that goes by without me having such pessimistic views. In addition, my attitude sucks. I do not have any patience. If someone talks to me, I always snap no matter the tone of the other person. It seems like everything and everyone gets on my last nerve. I have prayed for God to take these effects from me. I wish you much success!
