High Calcium and normal parathyroid?

From: evan015 - 46 weeks 5 days ago

I am a 22 year old male and since the beginning of November 2016, I had been feeling a bit off. I am constantly feeling tired and lethargic which good sleep could not fix. I am also experiencing some brain fog and memory issues. As a result I have had a number of different blood tests over the past month and these are my results.

November 30, 2016
Calcium: 10.4
TSH: 5.22

January 3, 2017
TSH: 2.48
FT3: 3.3
FT4: 1.2

January 17, 2017
Calcium: 10.4
PTH: 34

After seeing that my thyroid was fine I started to question my parathyroid due to the elevated calcium level over the period of the month. Is it possible I am experiencing hyperparathyroidism?
