Help- new to thyroid issues

From: sweetshots2000 - 1 year 10 weeks ago

My TSH level is 0.019 (it says 0.350 is the one end). My calcium is hovering around 10.7-11.3. My parathyroid number is 103. I just read an old xray which said I have a hypoattenuating nodule on my left thyroid gland. But my test results suggest I have hyper parathyroid trouble. My thyroid levels in other tests seemed ok. My question is, can you actually have a thyroid nodule AND a parathyroid nodule or is it only one or the other.
