Parathyroid adenomas but normal calcium and PTH levels

I'm wondering what this all means. I have hypothyroidism caused by radiation to my head and neck. A recent thyroid ultrasound revealed 2 parathyroid adenomas but my blood work came back with normal calcium and PTH levels. Are they really adenomas if they aren't causing hyperparathyroidism? I have a lot of symptoms but they could be a combination of my extremely underactive thyroid (we are still trying to get my TSH levels under control) as well as the chemo and radiation I recently received. I just want to feel like myself again :)
