Going Insane!

From: Loki2266 - 18 weeks 5 days ago

I am at a loss, my provider is at a loss, the specialists are at a loss, and I’m not sure what to do anymore. I am 37, female, 5’3”, and 175lbs. A few years ago I was 130 with TONS of energy and now I struggle to get out of bed. For the past 4 months I’ve restricted my caloric intake to 900-1100 calories a day in a desperate attempt to ditch the weight (yes I know it’s not healthy, that’s not the point). 3 days a week I walk/run 6 miles and 2 days a week I walk/run 9 miles...I’ve lost a total of 5 pounds in 4 bleeping months!!! Statistically speaking with the caloric deficit and exercise I should of lost at least 20 pounds by now. On top of this, I’ve lost my hair which I can’t begin to describe how depressing that is for me because I’ve always had beautiful thick long hair and now I have 1 week old peach fuzz. I’ve had all the blood tests, my hormone levels are fine, I’ve had X-Rays, MRI’s, I’ve seen a whole slew of specialists because it’s obvious to me and my provider that something is wrong, but all the tests come back saying I’m fine. I also suffer from chronic pain in my shoulders, lower back, and knees. This has been going on for about 5 years and it’s affecting my marriage, being a mom, and my life in general. I’m tired all the time, I hurt all the time, I have no hair, and I’ve gained 45 pounds putting me in the obese category. I cry when I walk/run because it pushes me too my limit but I can’t gain any more weight. Please, is there anyone out there with answers?
