Is this good advice?

Hello Jacob samuel,

I do not have hypothyroidism but I do have hashimotos. I have been intermittently low on D3 and B12. I take supplements (I take the ones with the least amount of fillers and have had no reaction to health good stores that sell ones made with gelatin). I have been trying to link my bad symptoms with periods of deficiency, which is difficult. I've also been told to take antacids which don't help much. My thyroid levels are within range, so they aren't treating me for anything. One doctor (right out of MD school, has moved on, sad for me!) told me that the racing heart issue (185 bpm), acid feeling, and choking may all be tied together. She moved on before I could get testing done. My PCP doesn't believe in leaky gut, so I need to move on from him!
