Still hypothyroidism? Low TSH, normal T4

From: twoolf9 - 44 weeks 3 days ago

Hi. I've had hypothyroidism since I was 15 (now 19) My T4 seemed has been steadily around 0.9-1.1ng/dl since medicated, but my TSH has always jumped around. Last month the TSH level suddenly dropped to .1ulU/ml and it's never been below "normal" before. I've always had lethargy, irregular periods, soreness, constipation, insomnia, trouble with weight loss, and bradycardia (around 40-46bmp).

My primary care doctor said my thyroid "got tired" but I'm not sure if that's how it works. Has anyone experienced something similar, and if so, how has it gotten better? I'm tired all the time, and hope it can change.
