Hypo with severe depression and low TSH levels...Help!

From: Rusty64 - 3 years 3 weeks ago

Hello. I'm brand new to the forum so please go easy on me!
I only started treatment for Hypothyroidism this last winter and have yet to feel anywhere near "normal". My last lab showed a reading of .1 mU/L for TSH (as well as 5.7 pmol/L for free T3 and 14.4 for free t4 using Canadian lab results). Starting about 3 weeks ago I've had this slow motion slide into a severe depressive episode.. just feeling really apathetic and hopeless. Am I on too high a dose of Dessicated Thyroid at 90mg? Is the depression going to need more than just thyroid meds? I spent years on antidepressants previously but was weaned off about 6 months ago after suspected serotonin syndrome. Also my libido is non-existent as well and has been for 2 years perhaps due to thyroid or perimenopause). I'm at my wits end and would really appreciate any help with your advice or input as these current symptoms are beyond frightening. Thank you to the forum community!
