I have Hashimoto's there is hope ❤

From: Vanessamaurath - 1 year 35 weeks ago

Hi , I have Hashimoto's disease. I got diagnosed correctly finally this past December. My Dr told me was nothing I could do besides take Levothyroxine forever and deal with being heavier. He said no diet change or supplement regiment would help at all. He was so wrong. Going Gluten-free and Paleo mixed with taking my all natural supplements made a world of diffrence. If you would like to know more please message me. I hope I was helpful.

Helllo,

I was diagnosed about 5 years ago first with Hypo, then with Hashimoto's. I am presently trying to figure out whats the best approach to my diet. I just spent the last month tracking everything I eat, combined with consuming large quatities of water and no alcohol. I gained ten pounds. I walk usually in the morning, when i have energy. I was going to the gym, wasn't loosing any weight, still extremely fatigued. Like you, my Endocrinologist says, "you're fine" doesn't seem disturbed by my weight gain. I am not entirely gluten free, as I tend to cheat every now and then. I am interested in your experience with your diet. Thanks Tina
