Is this a part of Hypothyroidism?

From: sleep1 - 3 years 1 week ago

2 days ago i was riding in the car with my fiance when i started feeling weak mostly in my arms and legs, then came nausea and the right side of my neck was tingling and numbish and it went up into my face. Near the bottom front of my neck was swollen, i also had a headache, my stomach just felt very nauseated and kind of crampy. It lasted about 30-45 minutes then went away. I felt ok, ate and all. Then it hit me again but wasn't as bad, it only lasted about 15-20 minutes. Is this thyroid related at all? Anybody ever experience this and know what it is? My neck has felt sore and tender since that happened.
