Doc says undetectable TSH is fine

<.01 TSH
1.54 Free T4

I am a 30 year old woman who's never had children yet. The endocrinologist is having me come back in 3 months for another blood test (for TSI, T3, TSH and FT4). I don't feel comfortable with this and feel that I should have a repeat thyroid blood test done now since the blood analysis I had was done a couple weeks ago (isn't that enough time for things to change hormonse-wise?). Or at least have the analysis done in 1 month, not 3.

Do you guys think waiting 3 months is justifiable? I know my FT4 is fine but the TSH being undetecable isn't that cause for greater concern than laying it off 3 months? If my TSH was low like .1 I wouldn't be as worried, but undetecable??

Furthermore, I have many symptoms which may coincide with hyperthyroidism... I have lately edema in my legs which I've never had before. In addition, sometimes my right eye gets a little swollen beneath the eyeball and there is a soreness in my eye when I move it around. Most notable I am exhausted a lot of the time and things make me more tired than usual.

My mom had severe hyperthyroidism in the 80's and the doc suggested removing it but she never did. So in addition to this my mom had hyperthyroidism.

Do you all think waiting 3 months if ok? Should I not be too worried? Thanks.
