what i am trying

From: kildoro - 3 years 13 weeks ago

Hi, so i have been a thyroid sufferer for 8 years now on med, docs want to operate or do radioactive iodine which i am not in favour of. In the last two weeks I have completely changed my diet. Was having porridge, toast or wheetabix for breakfast cut it out completely, now am taking buckwheat, gluten and wheet free, or eggs with kale. Lunch changed from youghurt and fruit to berries with unsweetened youghurt and chia seeds. dinner cut out rice, pasta anything with wheet or gluten. So the difference so far my nails are growing, which never happens, my IBS pains are gone which I would suffer from each morning. Being a working mum of four its not easy but just has to be done. Hope this helps someone.
