Nausea, Dizziness, and Diabetes

From: Tian - 6 years 16 weeks ago

Hello !!!

I am just wondering if anyone else experiences extreme fatigue, dizziness, and nausea even when blood sugar levels are stable and in a good range. I have had type 1 for five years. I stick to a strict milk, gluten, and soy free carb counted diet and exercise regularyland still every so often I feel unexplainably extremely awful. Does this happen to anyone else? Does anyone have any idea why this happens?

Dehydration is worth considering re dizziness & nausea, which makes fatigue more noticeable. I've been type 1 for 51 yrs & these symptoms arrived two years ago. Significantly more water intake, daily, has made all the difference for me.
Hope this info helps!
