EndocrineWeb Community Advice
Posted in: General Discussion.

My whole 17 years of diabetes I have blacked out because of low blood sugars and not being able to feel them. Often times they would happen during the night and when I would take naps. Now my blood sugars are going up during the night and I am still blacking out during the day. I am wondering if anything can be done to regain the feeling of the lows. Does anyone have any thoughts or knowledge of anything that can help. My life is not my own due to the fact this keeps happening. I feel like I am practically home bound because I am so scared something is going to happen when I am out. I have a dog and she alerts me when things go wrong. Does anyone have any thoughts or anything that might help me.
