Food List

I would love to know some healthy foods that i can eat for snacks, breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc. However, i am a very, very, very picky eater and I do NOT eat leftovers. I am mainly vegetarian, but i do eat bacon and chicken depending on how it is cooked. I eat a lot of junk food. Please someone help me out!! Thanks!!!

Is this good advice?

All beans have a low glycemic index and are very good for you: you have to hunt around to find ones that you like

Dried fruit and nuts make good snacks

All vegetables are obviously good, but with the exception of corn and peas they do not have carbs

For a meal to be healthy it needs to have a balance of carbs, fat, and protein

Are you diabetic?
