Apple Watch used to support Addison's Disease?

From: dberg - 1 year 34 weeks ago

I was diagnosed with Addison's in 2002 and have been healthy since taking prescribed medication other than two incidents in which I fainted.

I am wondering if you know of the advantages of using a smart watch that reads body temp and heart rate to give early warning of illness. Recently I read a report about a Stanford University study where they used Apple Watches to predict illness.

Here is the link to the story about the use of the Apple Watch for these functions:https://phys.org/news/2017-01-wearable-biosensors-flag-illness-lyme.html

I was thinking this could be advantageous to people with Addison's as early awareness of abnormally high body temp and heart rate might signal the onset of illness that would prompt the taking of additional steroids, increasing water intake etc.

I appreciate any advice regarding this issue.
Thank you,
-David Berg
