Why am I so tired and cold all the time!?

From: SharG - 4 years 22 weeks ago

So I am 34 years old and for over a year now I have been seriously exhausted all the time no matter how much sleep I get! I'll take naps whenever I can, and it is like pulling teeth for me to do my daily activities anymore! On top of that, I am cold constantly, no matter if it's winter or summer I am always freezing! Especially my hands and feet but my entire body is cold!
I have been tested for anemia, my thyroid has been checked and all of my blood panels were normal!
On top of that, my skin is breaking out on my face, neck and back like crazy! I have never had problems with my skin and this has come from nowhere! I have changed my soap and shampoo and that hasn't helped. I will also get this itching sensation all over in places on my body. Not from dry skin, just because! On top of that I have had sometimes uncontrollable diarrhea, usually after I eat or drink, but I have tried even taking dairy out of my diet and I still have it.
If anyone can help me I am at a lost!!!!!! I feel worthless and have no energy! I have always been a very active woman and this has crept up on me in the last year, year and a half.

Have your thyroid checked and see if it's the one causing you all the fatigue and being cold.

Try taking nondrowsy Claritin for a few days. If you feel better you might have mast cell activation syndrome.
