Jennifer Lutz has been a fitness trainer and health coach for more than a decade. She is the founder of Allswell, a corporate wellness company and has written numerous articles on health and wellness.

Jennifer introduced physical therapy services and yoga to disabled children in Kenya and has also worked as an exercise specialist with the Harlem Children's Zone in New York City, combating obesity and diabetes through preventative practices. Ms. Lutz is currently pursuing a doctorate in physical therapy at Columbia University.
