Diabetes Diet Quiz
Which option has fewer carbs?
Here’s the thing about the "diabetes diet": it doesn’t really exist.
Oh sure, there are plenty of cookbooks out there made just for people with diabetes, but that doesn’t mean that there's one right way to eat when you have diabetes. It’s not like there's an aisle at the grocery store for "diabetes foods," and there isn’t even some sort of special label for "foods you have to eat when you have diabetes."
Eating when you have diabetes is more about keeping things balanced—watching what you eat and paying attention to how your blood glucose responds after you eat certain foods.
We want to help you make good food choices—every time you eat.
Just for fun, here’s a little food quiz to help you think about the carb content in what you’re eating—as if you didn’t think enough about them, right?
