It’s not like there's an aisle at the grocery store for "diabetes foods," and there isn’t even some sort of special label for "foods you have to eat when you have diabetes."
Eating when you have diabetes is more about keeping things balanced—watching what you eat and paying attention to how your blood glucose responds after you eat certain foods.
