Most of the time my feet tingle & are swollen. Sometimes they get a burning sensation in them. Is this a sign Of nureopathy? If it is what can be done to get rid of these feelings?

Hello lulu, I do not know whether its sign of nureopathy or not. did u get the tests done for hypothyroidism ? I understand that ussually for many people. hypothyroidism if diagnosed properly will resolved many of the symptoms or illnesses also.

Mostly every Dr. and foot Dr. always told me that i would end up in a vheelchair because of my neuropathy but I can tell you this much.........I'LL NEVER DO THAT EVER!!!!!!!!!!!At times the pain is excruschiating and my feet hurt like hell while being completely numb at the same time.It makes no sense to me at all, my A1C level is 4.6, and got off daily injections of insulin that i was on for 13 yrs. since 1997.My doc told me on my birthday which was march 1st that my ??diabetes was a little too well controled,I never knew there was such a thing, did anyone else so that became my next journey and my biggest incentive yet to lose the xtra 150 lbs, that I have been carrying around with me for the past 25 yrs.Anyways back to the neuropathy, it sucks and hurts so bad there are days that i don't even want to get out of bed.I am currently takeing OC'S a three times a day with roxy's in between for breakthrough pain.They are a godsend but they are addictive to me and constipate you very bad but if I didn't take them I wouldn't ever walk and I love shopping too much to stop the meds so I guess you could call it being stuck between a rock and a hard place.I just keep on truckin every day and I don't think it will ever get any better.
