I'm interested in knowing if you found out what Isoechoic nodules are and if there should be any concern. I have been having problems swallowing and I wake up couhing when I'm sleeping as well. I'm clueless on what's happening and I'm not scheduled to see a specialist for another couple of weeks. I hope everything turned out ok for you Shelly.
