Posted in: Pituitary Tumors.
Asymptomatic. Prolactin level 10/2010 was 33.1. Doctor said "no worries, not really abnormal, no recommended tx". Prolactin as of 12/2011 results are 37.0. Family doctor wants me to have an MRI, to r/o microadenoma. Scared to have MRI, and scared that the first doctor didn't do the right thing on my behalf(GYN).
What to do? Thinking of a second opinion from an endocrinologist.
Appreciate a doctor's advice ASAP.
