Weight loss, need help!!!

From: Manalapangirl64 - 25 weeks 12 hours ago

I'm a senior that has previously lost weight. I'm very thin. I eat good, but not sure if I'm eating the right foods. I will be seeing an endocrinologist next month but in the meantime what can I do. I'm retired and work part time. I would appreciate your help.

The best approach to losing weight is by turning ON the 6 fat blazing hormones: thyroid hormones, development hormones, insulin-like development variable (IGF-1), testosterone, glucagon, and adrenalin (my most loved one to turn on).
Keeping in mind the end goal to turn the fat smoldering hormones on we need to kill the 3 fat-production hormones; estrogen, insulin, and cortisol.
