18 years ago, I was 22, one of my parathyroid glands was removed. I had the old fashioned operation. Now it's back. I have a high level of PTH again and also my calcium is to high.
I've already been tested and as it seems now, I have one bad gland(the chest images are still being analyzed). Is it possible to have a mini operation now as I had an operation in that area before?
Does anyone know what the chances are that the desease will come back afther removing a second gland?
