Low or No Iodine Diet Tips?

Anyone here got any good websites or tips for following this low/no iodine diet one needs to use for two weeks prior to radiation therapy?

I am already a lacto vegetarian which helps in this, but WILL miss my cheese!

I've been through 3 rounds of radiation, I-131. I am assuming you are undergoing radiation treatment. I found some great information and a wonderful recipe doc. onwww.thyca.org I also used kosher salt, no iodine. I think being a lacto vegetarian definitely helps. Best!
