what's "sugar diabetes"? I just don't undersatnd what that means.

I have never heard of sugar diabetes. I guess it's where your sugar levels are high.
Sugar diabetes is what they call Diabetes Mellitus these days (i.e. Type 2). 'Mellitus' comes from the Greek word for honey - 'mel'. Honey=sugar.
