still fatigued, can someone tell me what they think of my values?

I'm still constantly fatigued, same symptoms I have posted before.

My Free T4 is 1.03
Free T3 is 3.2
my TSH is 0.93

Normal?

I don't feel normal... I'm 34 and I feel like I am 94. SOOOO fatigued. Have all the hypo symptoms, and have been tested for everything under the sun and still no answers yet.
